About Counsellor:
I have good experience in mentoring individuals and have worked with youth & colleagues in helping them understand their personalities & key interpersonal skills. Encouraged by the good feedback received from those sessions, I was motivated to become a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) to assist the youth of today make the right choices, early in life, to secure their future. I think it is essential for students to be aware of these choices and also be guided to see if they are suitable for the same as per their interest, passion and abilities. I truly believe that with my experience at work over the years and my innate desire to support the community, I will be able to assist the youth find their true career path to thrive in the future!
I am a passionate, driven, experienced & empathetic professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles over the last 28 years in Operations & Compliance, Business Administration and Sustainability & CSR with two reputed Multinational Companies in the Middle East & India. Also, as a Joint Managing Trustee (Freelance), I help manage our Higher Calling Trust since 2016 supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and generating awareness about the disease. I constantly look at opportunities for self improvement, developing others & supporting the community.

Thanks TG for the extremely helpful and engaging sessions with Christian (our son). As parents we all have concerns and ambitions that don’t help the process. The approach TG adopts is insightful and provides a multi-dimensional perspective as to what career choices are easier enabled versus others that may pose some challenges. Irrespective of what lies ahead the assessments provide characteristics and potential traits that hopefully our son will draw from when making life choices and future career paths to pursue.

Mr. Ganesh from Target Career Counseling was very helpful, polite observant and informative. I was very confused with my son's career...He listened to my concerns patiently and guided him step by step following his 5 dimension theory which calculated my son's strength and weakness. He identified the potential growth in which he can grow ahead in life. Also He guided him with the career paths, analysed him from the test reports. He guided him with help of career library how he should move towards the chosen career..Summatively I found his sessions fruitful and pragmatic. Thankyou
