No.
They will send you referrals, only:
- If they are convinced about your solutions and overall experience.
- Only if they can absolutely trust you with their reputation.
The competition in the service industry is very high.
Your client can convince others, only if they are 100% certain about your company with no fear of embarrassment.

Today s client is very vigilant choosy and clever.before he refer your name he should be convinced on the background of your authenticity, trust, validity and above all how you treat them? so the Counselor has to stand true to all the above parameters.
The important question for a referrl is, whether can I expect same 100% quality consistently everytime. As rightly mentioned, the expectations of the client is muc higher when they are referred by someone and we need to be mindful about it.
Customer delight service and value for money will fetch you to get more leads from your existing clients. Post aquisition on a client; farming is the key to success of lead generation ratio.
In my opinion we can expect good when we do something good with 100 percent integrity. Referrals will be automatically gained based on our contribution towards each and every client in hand.
Client Service & experience plays a vital role for any business to succeed. Individuals are habitual of sharing their experience, but more often they share an amazing experience they had with the service provider - something that was extraordinary and made them feel that they got that personal attention with atmost care. Then they not only become lifelong client, but they will start referring their friends & family to experience the same with atmost trust on us.
